IBSurgeon, the leader vendor of recovery and optimization tools for Firebird and InterBase, presents partnership program for developers of Firebird and InterBase based applications.
Purpose of this partnership program is to help companies and individual developer of Firebird and InterBase based solutions to increase quality of their products, help to market and promote Firebird-based solutions and, consequently, raise their revenue in close collaboration with IBSurgeon.
Partnership levels
There are 4 levels of partnership:
- Developer, intended for single developer/workplace
- Silver, intended for small companies
- Gold, for mid-size and large vendors of Firebird- and Interbase-based solutions
- Premium, for strategic partners
Partnership agreement is 1-year contract (with ability to extend).
How it works
There are 3 main advantages in the partnership program:
- Partners have licenses of all IBSurgeon tools, access to knowledgebase and distinguished level of support in order to speed up, facilitate and increase quality and robustness of their application development.
- Partners have ability to embed IBSurgeon tools and technologies to their applications to increase quality of end-user applications: maintain, protect and monitor databases. Partners have access to recovery and optimizing services with high priority and significant discount. And, partners have ability just to resell IBSurgeon deployment tools and end-users services (for Silver and higher levels).
- Partners have marketing support from IBSurgeon, including advertising, marketing actions and events (seminars, PRs, conferences and so on), logos and certificates for partners products (depends on partnership level).

Prices
Developer
Developer partnership costs 199 USD per year. It includes IBSurgeon software for using at 1 workplace and server during this year, all updates and new versions of IBSurgeon software, and also allows from 15% to 30% discount (individual negotiation) for embedding software. Reselling is possible only at recommended price+-5%.
Silver
Silver partnership costs 599 USD per year. It includes IBSurgeon software for using at up to 4 workplaces and server during this year, all updates and new versions of IBSurgeon software, and also allows from 30% to 50% discount for buying and reselling. Reselling is possible only at recommended price+-5%.
Gold
Gold partnership costs 3000 USD per year. It includes IBSurgeon software for using at up to 20 workpalces and servers during this year, all updates and new versions of IBSurgeon software, and allows 50% discount for buying and reselling. Reselling is possible only at recommended price+-5%.
Premium
Gold partnership costs 20000 USD per year. It includes IBSurgeon software for using at up to 150 workplaces and servers during this year, all updates and new versions of IBSurgeon software, and allows free embedding of IBSurgeon tools into 5 types applications (i.e., company produces CRM, ERP, Warehouse and Stock Managing application, all of them can be equipped with DataGuard for free at unlimited number of copies),
Also it gives 70% discount for reselling. Reselling is possible only at recommended price+-5%.
